Shanda has 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, with a heavy background in project management, technology integration and specialized software development. Prior to joining Lockton/PL Ferrari, Shanda was a member of the Personal Lines Senior Leadership Team at HSB working as a Claims Operation Consultant. She has held positions as a marine underwriter, broker and managing director.
