After a degree in foreign languages in Naples, Rossella made her first steps into shipping world in the 2006 starting to get into vessels’ daily operation needs, dealing with all sort of issues related to post fixture. She worked for few well-known shipbrokers’ company based in Genoa always covering operation / post fixture desk and gaining more than 15 years of experience in the shipping sector.

Rossella joined Lockton P.L. Ferrari Insurance department in March 2024 holding the position of Insurance Executive.
