Monica has been working in the shipping sector since 1991 when she worked in a primarily shipping agency gaining experience in both import and export operative departments.

In 1995 she joined the P&I team as claim executive, in 1997 she moved to Banchero Costa/BseaG P&I broker as senior claim executive handling Owners P&I and Charterers liability claims.

As from 2007 she turned to the broking side and her career has a further boost when she joined P.L. Ferrari broking team in 2015 as senior executive insurance.
