After graduating in Industrial Design from the University of Genoa, Massimiliano began his career as a Web Designer.
Over time, he transitioned into a Full Stack Developer role during his 13 years at a Software House Company.

In 2024, he transitioned to Lockton P.L. Ferrari, joining the Data Entry department.
