Mariano has 13 years of experience in the field of shipping industry and marine insurance. He obtained his bachelor's degree from university “PARTENOPE” of Naples  in the Faculty of Maritime Economics and his diploma at naval technical institute “NINO BIXIO” of Piano di Sorrento.

After an internship at Peninsula Enterprise srl ,shipping company based in Sorrento in the operations dept. and after having spent  5 months at Simpson Spencer Young in London as trainee in the post fixture dept, he joined Lockto P.L. Ferrari Naples in 2010.

He regularly deals with Italian companies belonging to the sector passengers, cargoes , tanker and offshore.

During his free time he is football coach through which he strengthened his communication and relationship skills as well high reactivity to stress and its management.
