Giandomenico graduated in Business Economics at the University of Naples “Parthenope” in 2010 and then moved to London where he obtained an English Law Degree (GDL + LPC) at the University of Law and a Master Degree (LLM) in “International Commercial Law” at the City University London. In 2015 he moved to Lugano in Switzerland to work as a Legal Assistant in a shipowner company and in 2017 he moved to Genoa to join Lockton P.L. Ferrari & Co. where he has taken the role of Legal, Risk & Compliance Officer where he gained substantial experience in corporate legal matters, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance issues, policies and procedures implementations, sanctions compliance, risk management and privacy regulations.

Previous Roles: Legal Assistant in a shipowner company based in Lugano and several secondments/internships in P&I Clubs’ Claims Departments and Law Firms based in London (working in teams dealing with Maritime Law cases).
