Esther, after finishing her diploma at scientific high school, worked for LVMH Group and as a shop assistant for 14 years. In the meanwhile, she graduated in Maritime Economics from University of Genoa in October 2011.

After a course in accounting, she joined P.L. Ferrari & Co. in 2019 in accounting dept. and, in October  2020 she joined the Entry , Certification and Accounts dept providing entries, certification, accounting’s support to both Owners and Charterers clients.
