Aldo graduated in Business Management and achieved a master degree in "Financial Management, Digital Banking and Internet Finance” from GBSB Business School in Barcelona.

He joined Lockton P.L. Ferrari Srl in March 2025 with the role of executive in Finance Department after gaining one year experience in one of the "big four" accounting firms as a Junior Auditor. In previous years, he had experience in a private investment company as private banker assistant and compliance officer assistant.
